Free Service Check-up

All Maxus electric vehicles are eligible for one free service check-up. Through such free maintenance check-ups, we are able to make sure that customers are satisfied with their new vehicles, and every aspect of the vehicle is in good condition. We hope you will enjoy visiting our service centre and experiencing our quality service. Service details as follows:

Passenger cars: 1,000km and 5,000km 
MIFA7 / MIFA9 Electric Vehicles:12 months 
Commercial Vehicles: 5,000 km and 10,000 km Commercial Vehicles (EV): 10,000 km and 30,000 km

Comprehensive Diagnostic Inspection

To ensure safety and enjoy peace-of-mind driving, we strongly recommend that all Maxus vehicle owners bring in their car to one of our Service Centres for a service check-up.

Our comprehensive diagnostic inspection includes a detailed examination and adjustment of the entire vehicle, covering high-voltage systems, steering, suspension, brakes, transmission systems, electrical components, air conditioning, chassis and body, lubrication and cooling systems, road tests, and detailed inspection reports.

Proper maintenance will ensure maximum performance, greater reliability, longer life and higher resale value for your Maxus. You may carry out maintenance and repair services for your vehicle either through Nova Motors Ltd. or a third party service provider. However, we recommend that such services be carried out by NML. If damage is caused by any third party service provider, warranty claims for associated repairs may be rejected.

Body & Paint Service

Located in Tsuen Wan and Yuen Long, Nova Motors' Body and Paint Repair Service Centre is staffed with highly skilled technicians who utilise state-of-the-art repair equipment to restore your vehicle to mint condition.

All body repair and paint services provided by Nova Motors come with a 6-month or 10,000 km workmanship warranty (whichever comes first) and a 12-month or 20,000 km parts warranty (whichever comes first, excluding consumable parts).

If your vehicle unfortunately requires repair, you may utilise Inchcape’s “AI Quick Quote” Vehicle Body Repair Quotation Service. Equipped with an AI system that has been trained on over 7 million damage assets and is capable of identifying across 100 types of damages and materials. Our AI system provides 24/7 support, it can detect and evaluate your vehicle damage including scratches or dents on the car body, quotation will be provided automatically in just 5 minutes.
